For lack of being able to speak, they write texts, diversify their methods of literary construction, innovate processes, reproduce musical compositions, and gradually release their feelings. Also, the reading of a passage from a literary work, the image of a character from a novel or theatre, can favour an identification with the character or the author and allow to express the inexpressible. The objectives of this article are to present the implementation and the therapeutic impact of strategies within the literary workshop in a psychiatry clinical unit for teenagers.
