Abstract
`titrebViolent behaviors as an answer to the transmission of parental trauma?`/titreb This article explores the relationship between inaugural parental trauma, projective identification and violent behaviors in childhood latency period. The parental trauma is transmitted across generations. The transmission highly tainted with incestuality could weaken the quality of the infant’s early relationships, thus inducing the emergence of traumatic situations. This weakness would lead to narcissistic vulnerabilities with exacerbation of destructive movements. In keeping with studies linking psychological and interpersonal processes, the author will present a clinical case with clinical interviews and projective testing as an illustration of the transmission of the trauma.
