The present investigation analyzes the crime of femicide and domestic violence from the perspective of the victim and the offender in the city of Bucaramanga. The report presents the application of a methodology for evaluating behavioral indicators; more specifically and after a selection of survey, which was applied to persons deprived of liberty in the medium-security prison establishment and to women who have been victims of violence, thus being of great importance the contribution of the aggressors and assaulted, who allow us to identify different aspects where the fundamental objective of this study is oriented, which consists of analyzing the factors of origin and development of violent behavior of each of the respondents from childhood, adolescence and adulthood.
