Abstract
RESUMEN Learning Assessment has weaknesses in its management, which has an impact on the training process in Cuban higher education. The aim of this work is to provide a set of learning recommendations on the management of this process, which has an impact on the comprehensive preparation of the managers, teachers and students involved. A theoretical and conceptual framework related to the management and didactics of learning assessment is provided. The teaching recommendations are grouped into two scientific ideas dealing, on the one hand, with the interdependence between content take-up levels, the organisational forms of the teaching and learning process, on the methods of teaching and learning and on the assessment of learning and, on the other hand, the three stages through which the learning assessment process passes. Finally, a decathologist with didactic suggestions is provided to manage the learning assessment process.
