Inclusion in the Wallonia Brussels Federation: Legislation and classroom practices, what dialogue?

Abstract

Since decades, international declarations underline the need for educational systems to develop concrete inclusions politics. This article occurs during a very crucial period in the considered educational system : indeed, the teacher training is gonna be entirely reformated. This paper, after making the point of the official (national and international) texts focus on a research based on the observation methodology of teacher pratices. More precisely, one teacher receiving two child in a context of integration has been observed in two situations : one is understood like the based line means here with his « normal » class composed by his « normal » students. The second is when the two children join this classroom. The two situations was compared and the results focus on the main differences between this two situations. Conclusions underline what the researchers consider as the guideline for the future teacher training
