Before coming to that end, however, the reluctance to use tools that are still uncomfortable would have to be overcome. Hence the need to review the good reasons for adapting the computer, among many other uses, to the needs of pedagogues and the requirements of the course. Because it is a good teaching assistant, but also because school and the classroom are the only places where computing as a cultural vector is likely to escape electronic mercantilism.
