Abstract
this Communication builds on the lesson that I have learned from my text readings in the field of SSC and corresponds to an experience 1 of self-analysis of my work made possible by a series of relevant questions, both for themselves and for their work. I would like to demonstrate that making a prima facie ‘disinterested’ thesis is very difficult. Even if the doctoral candidate does not have an informal or official public commitment (for a particular reason directly or indirectly connected with his or her subject of study), he still resides at his home in a form of engagement that is more or less visible, apparent or dormant, sometimes revealed, sometimes hidden, which it is worth questioning. This reflex approach makes it possible to learn from the epistemology of its science, research postures, methodology, the weight of its intellectual influences, the role of its research environment and many other things. This ethically driven learning can create a form of knowledge that is useful to science both for oneself and for the scientific community.
