Abstract

Interculturality has generally been the motto under which many educational programmes in Latin America were intended to be recast. Indeed, although within the limited framework of neoliberal multiculturalism, most countries in the region gave constitutional status to the right to intercultural education. There are multiple and diverse experiences which, with varying degrees of success, point to what we could call an ‘interculturalisation’ of curricula.
