Abstract
`titrebMonitoring at “taking care” : rethinking the monitoring of social networks in terms of management of networks actors?`/titrebIf the competitive intelligence place the networks at the heart of its approach to strategic management and organizational information, the current literature pays little attention to a part of the use of these networks to capture information outside organization ; and the massive changes in the information practices of digitals networks. This paper proposes a thinking about integration of these networks in building an intelligence strategy, and the detection and management of some of their members, called “agents-facilitateurs”. And to address the collection of information on those networks through non-standard profiles simply as a monitoring them, but as an act of “taking care”.
