Este artículo presenta un estudio experimental con la finalidad de comprobar la eficacia de un programa psicoeducativo, diseñado con el objetivo de facilitar el desarrollo cognitivo de estudiantes con Trastorno del Espectro Autista (TEA), de los tres niveles de diagnóstico, caracterizado por el uso de nexos entre los contenidos que permitan la creación progresiva de redes cognitivas en la memoria permanente. El estudio está estructurado en cinco fases diferenciadas: 1) selección de los participantes, distribuidos proporcionalmente en dos grupos: 1 Grupo Experimental y 1 Grupo Control, 2) evaluación previa de las necesidades específicas de los participantes, 3) diseño de un programa específico ad hoc, 4) aplicación del programa a los participantes que conforman el Grupo Experimental, 4) control de la evolución de los datos, mediante la realización de tres medidas sucesivas en ambos grupos, y 5) análisis de los resultados. Los resultados, que han sido hallados mediante los análisis estadísticos ANOVA de un Factor con Medidas Repetidas (SPSS v. 23), muestran que existen diferencias significativas en las tres medidas realizadas de las variables perceptivo-cognitivas operativizadas, tanto en relación con el grupo de pertenencia, como en base a los diferentes niveles de diagnóstico. AUTISM SPECTRUM DISORDERS AND EDUCATION: TOWARDS IMPROVEMENT OF THE PERCEPTIVE-COGNITIVE DEVELOPMENT. ABSTRACT: This article presents an experimental study with the purpose of verifying the effectiveness of a psychoeducational program, designed to issue cognitive development of students with Autistic Spectrum Disorders (ASD), the three levels of diagnosis, characterized by the use of links between contents, allowing the progressive creation of cognitive networks in permanent memory. The study is organized into five phases: 1) selection of participants, distributed proportionally into two groups: 1 Experimental Group 1 Group Control, 2) evaluation of the specific needs of participants, 3) design a specific program, 4) implementation of the program participants to the Experimental Group, 4) control the evolution of the results in three successive measurements in the two groups, and 5) analysis of the results. The results, which have been found by the statistical analysis ANOVA of a Factor Repeated Measures, show that there are significant differences in the three measurements of cognitive perceptive variables operationalized, both in relation to the group variable, as based on the different levels of diagnosis.
