Abstract
The purpose of this article is to show how a clinical practice of psychology is integrated into the institutional life of an Itep, with respect to the psychopathological aspects of the disorders of children and adolescents receiving care. After analyzing the disorders in the link and the acting out through which “borderline pathologies“ (Misès, 1990) are manifested, the author presents possible practices for children who refuse a relationship of help and were prisoners of their own way of acting. The professional approach and clinical position consist in encouraging the process of reflexivity (Jeammet, 1989) and recognition of others in the framework of therapeutic approaches based on speaking and verbal expression of the suffering of the individual.
