Abstract
Summary The aim of this research was to identify the effect of corporate social responsibility from the economic, ethical, legal and philanthropic dimensions of Colombian SMEs on post-conflict business practices, such as linking and supporting entrepreneurship of victims and ex-combatants. The methodology is explanatory with a quantitative approach; 492 SME managers from the cities of Cali, Medellín and Bogotá were surveyed. Based on the results, it was possible to identify that philanthropic and economic dimensions have a positive effect on post-conflict business practices, i.e. when the company helps the community and prioritises the economic impact, linkage and support to actors is favoured, while in the ethical and legal dimension the opposite is true. Jel classification: M14; D74.
