Abstract

As part of the strengthening of human management of the IPS of Villavicencio in 2020, which seeks to contribute to organisational development, one of its sections seeks to identify pay elements and gender equity for those working in the sector. The study was carried out on the basis of a quantitative and descriptive methodology and, as a population, there were collaborators at all levels in the PSURs, to whom a questionnaire for the collection of information was applied. The results show that there is a strong relationship between the sector, where higher education or experience will be the salary they earn; where the predominant gender in the sector is women, there is a pay gap for them regardless of the type of working day they are developing.
