Abstract
The international joint venture is a meeting place of many different cultures where each person refers to his or her own culture`np pagenum="154"/b in his or her understandings, interpretations and reactions. This work aims to show that cultural differences are a source of new managerial practices of Franco-Tunisian joint ventures. The results showed that the national cultural distance affects the management process and pushes the managers to implement new managerial practices to manage the newly created entity.
