Abstract
RESUMEN This article is the result of a diagnosis of organisational culture in a service company at Pinar del Rio. It is part of the quantitative research design, corresponding to a descriptive transectional model. The main results of the management diagnosis reveal how the regulation that establishes a culture of function leaves little room for innovation and creativity. Communication continues on the negative trend, concentrating on formal channels and power structures. Finally, with regard to people-to-people relations, the fundamental aspiration for this group is to develop a culture of performance and support, in which cooperation and the creation of collaborative structures predominate.
