In 1873 a spiritualist society was born in Cieza, which lasted a short time, founded by a member of the Guirao family. I also present the life of an unknown journalist and writer from Cieza who lived in Barcelona and Madrid, relating him with important figures of his time, especially with the sculptor Julio Antonio and his partner Margarita Nelken, feminist, politician and renowned artist.
