Abstract
there is no doubt that one of the great achievements of the French Revolution was the idea of ‘democracy’ and the beginning of the struggles for the recognition of ‘human rights’ since the end of the 18th century and the beginning of the 19th century. The good ideas and laws that have given rise, however, do not seem to have left parallel to shares in many companies since then. Major world wars are a clear example of the non-acceptance of democratic principles and of even less respect for human dignity. The vicious circles have always been present and cover all facets of individual and social life, as in the context of human actions the consequences are causes and the causes are consequences. At the heart of last year’s World Population Conference was the major problem of poverty, inequality in the distribution of development benefits. Some countries have made good use of the work and natural resources of those who have little or no concrete.
