International audience [This text examines the geopolitics of the Balkans populations stand following an innovative approach, which overcomes the logic of a state-by-state study, analyzing the non-settlement from the legal nationality or State of residence (the inhabitants of the Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia ...), but from different nationalities (that is to say, Albanians, Bulgarians, Croats, Greeks, Serbs ...) regardless of their state or territory of residence legal ownership.
