This Internship's thesis deals with a way to improve inventory management and procurement process by updating parameters. He studies the research done during an internship inside SPITPASLODE company at Portes-les-Valence in the Industrial Unit of Nailing and drilling tools. Firstly, this memorandum is a diagnostic of the current situation of the company and more particularly of the procurement process and its dysfunctions. These difficulties come from anincorrect setting of the procurement data. We can find in this document a bibliographic review trying to find solutions regarding procurement methods of stocks. Thousands of articles cannot be subjected to the same analysis and the same attention, a segmentation is necessary. Thanks to the ABC/FMR matrix developed in this memorandum, each type of stock is associated to an adapted procurement methods. We find Sharing management of supplies such as consignment stock or open orders. The replenishment method as well as the ordering method are also discussed. Finally, the paper presents succinctly the updating of the data on the ERP NAVISION. Results analyze key performance indicators of the developed solution like the service rate, the stock shortage and inventory obsolescence.
