At a time when policy makers and social actors are looking for efficiency and new techniques that facilitate psycho/social and éducational work, it is essential to remember that the motor of change and well-being is the acces to desire of the social and psychic subject, for the teams’s members as well as for the teenagers.Beit Ham association is the product of the encounter and the desire of five persons who have stained to convey something about this desire. It drew inspiration from institutionnal psychotherapy and applies weaving a network of links between adolescents who want to be there together in the youth club they share, between them and the team workers as well as in all the associative instances.It is the place that every one can take as a subject in this joint project, the « living together » recurrence and tranference phenomenas that are forged there, which are the real actors of the therapeutic function.
