Abstract
The dangerousness of psychiatric disorders is a question of considerable interest in scientific literature. While the dangerousness associated with delusional paranoid disorders is well-known by clinical psychologists, few articles focus specifically on this subject. In this article, we analyze the case report of a patient hospitalized several times after acting homicidally. A literature review will complete the case report and highlight sociodemographic factors (a middle-aged man, married, unemployed) and clinical characteristics (risk factors).
