Abstract
The term project, widely used by institutions for its participatory connotation, now covers more commonly isolated actions of communication designed to attract consumers / voters rather than commitment built around medium-term objectives for active collaboration of such consumers/voters. Built around themes of fashion, the projects resonate favorably to their Bidders who face the logic of the market everyday and see it as an opportunity to increase their institutional visibility and stand out from the competition. Institutions and bidders are therefore part of a cross-search of guarantees, in which the project and its long-term objective, appear as mere accessories. This article aims to question in a practical, illustrative and uncompromising notion of the project. To do this, it is to analyze the implementation of an educational project carried out by social workers in education in an apprenticeship scheme, a project that fits into the social field with a strong cultural dimension, called "Project Shanghai."
