The establishment of a universal charger: towards a harmonised Europe in the electronic equipment sector

Abstract

The market for electronic products is about to see a real break. The European Commission is expected to disclose in the near future its draft directive to impose on manufacturers of electronic products the marketing of a universal charge for all devices with similar charging characteristics.
