Abstract
International audience Little previous work has been concerned with the relation between prosody and spontaneous spoken discourse. In order to contribute to the development of a theorical framework which would integrate prosodic features into speech, I propose to incorporate in the principles of the Berrendonner & Béguelin's macrosyntaxic approach [groupe de Fribourg] some aspects of the prosodic model initiated by Lacheret [2002, 2003]. The results of this methodological approach offer – in the light of other recent works on French discursive grammar – interesting prospects for the analysis of the structuring intern periods (discursive units defined on the basis of intonative criteria).
