Abstract
The worship of the direct television practice leads it to use mainly the present information code or any other programme. To do so, the issuing intance uses and abuses a variety of fireworks to update past or future events by means of the present. This manipulation has an impact on the credibility of the information; what undermines the pact d The major time used by television is the present sign because it makes it possible to update the speech of the programmes as much as possible by placing the trial in relation to the person of the telejournalist or teleworker and at the time of the act of language. By making the moment of reception coincide with the timing of the broadcast, even when the programme is deferred, by promoting the primacy of present over all other times, television works the worship of the live and resorts to visuals betraying its subjectivity which enable it to duse or even abuse the viewer, thus violating the media communication pact.
