Abstract
The objective of this article is to show on one hand the inadequacies of the criminal response in the fight against corruption in public procurement, and on the other hand the need to put in place a new global integrity strategy based on complementary mechanisms of ethical vigilance and transparency created by electronic procurement procedures.
