Intranet as an indicator of freedoms: games, powers and strategies of actors in organisations

Intranets are important indicators of internal conflicts in organisations, power games between actors and managerial will. This article combines two cases, one in a large retail company and the other in a research community. The study carried out on the two intranets developed in these organisations makes it possible to highlight constant trends and differences in the monitoring of such technological projects, in particular in terms of power play between actors, but also in terms of stakeholder practices and logic.
