Presentation by National Videoconferencing. In order to gather oral data for the creation of a corpus targeting isolated minors, the participating observation was chosen as an approach method to allow for a secure trusted relationship between young people and the researcher. In a constantly moving context, different steps have taken place in order to register a vulnerable audience under conditions that are sometimes ill-suited to the language survey. After a brief introduction to the research field on which the study is based, we will present the different stages of integration of the researcher in the childcare system for minors, the interests of the chosen method, and finally the obstacles encountered and the solutions found to overcome them.
