Abstract
Summary: The purpose of this article is to highlight the legal criteria for judgments handed down by the Federal Administrative Court, as the result of the contentious administrative proceedings that have been issued in the field of refugee migration, in the period 2014-2019. The main contributions of the rulings issued in the light of the constitutional reform of 2011 and the criteria endorsed by the Federal Administrative Court will be further elaborated in the cases decided on in the field of migration where the responsible authority was the National Migration Institute. Finally, the scope and limits of the Federal Administrative Court in protecting the fundamental rights of migrants will be highlighted.
