Since the end of the Cold War, The United States of America have become, without any doubt, great master of Mediterranean/Middle East area Big Play. In this scenario, American strategic interests are built on these three concepts: economical interests serving on, being garant of Israel safety by military superiority serving on, fighting against terrorism sources or hypothetically military actions made to insure safety of Gulf Arabic monarchies. Political changes that created tempests in the Arabic World on 2011 and 2012, also transformed foreign policies of interested States in this geographical area. Washington look like wanting to hand on opportunity of Arabic insurrections as a lever and means of influence in this strategically area, after new high society personages, peculiarly “Islamism”, have reached Power position.
