Abstract
The article gives an overview of the subject of teaching Portuguese Language — LP and presents a reflection on the continuing training of teachers, opting for intervention projects as one of the possibilities for bringing together theoretical studies of research projects linked to the Academy to enrich the Brazilian educational environment. The proposal is based on three theoretical paths: the philoso-linguistic base of the Bakhtin circle, the psychological base of Vigostki and the didontico-methodological base of Gasparin, through the Docent Work Plan. The choice of the teaching work plan is justified by taking into account the socio-historical subject, the epistemological reference being the dialotic process of knowledge. The suggested methodology follows the five steps proposed by Saviani: initial social practice, problematisation, instrumentalisation, catarse and final social practice. The work of intervening in continuing training with the approach to discursive gêneres, from the perspective of the Dialogic Discourse Analysis, is shown to be a critical reflection space for teaching practice, collaborating with the classroom professional, in line with contemporary teaching needs.
