Abstract
. Training of internals in general medicine during their SED meets objectives set at national level, but it is left to each individual to choose the means they use to achieve them. As regards the finding that the means of training general medical practitioners in the management of their practice and of their future accounts are not adequate, this memory focuses on developing optional teaching to enable internal staff to acquire a basis in these skills. Organised over two full days, this teaching aims to integrate the abilities defined by the profession through interactive teaching methods in small groups.
