Abstract
The work outlines a historical look at the construction of a decolonising contingency that leads to the re-establishment of the country, built from a new horizon that unites decolonising struggles with class fights, bringing together anti-colonial and anti-imperialist struggles. In order to develop the theme, it is proposed to divide this work into two strands of reflection: the first will highlight in the historical context the different forms of relationship that shaped the bloc that led the country to decoloniality; the second will reflect on the context of transformation and construction in the new Bolivian state. Both of them try to describe actions, speeches and senses in an interculturality that is built in the process of change that Bolivia is experiencing.
