After the splitting of 1948, two trends emerged among the trade unions Force Employment of Officials and Employees: the posters supported the Confederal team in its refusal of any unit of action with the CGT, whereas the other officials and many private employees called for common basic actions in order to bring their claims to a successful conclusion.
