International audience The Resolution No 2013-6 R/APF of the 27 August 2013 calling on members of the Pacific Islands Forum for concerted action in favour of the islands threatened by rising sea is the first text about climate change voted by the Assembly of French Polynesia as a standalone statement. This text originally intended to demonstrate the commitment of French Polynesia to combat climate change. Unfortunately the document does not meet the expectations hoped for this type of motion.
