Abstract
The purpose of this interview is to revisit the creation of the nucleus association of the teaching and practice chairs of history. The motivations and horizons that the association has been driving during these 20 years are cut down. Those who were the founding members of APEHUN carry out a sort of journey and balance the work carried out and, as has been consolidated in the academic field, this Association. It always presents the validity and potential of further training for the teaching of history and social sciences. As the authors suggest, "this will continue to be what we are looking for 20 years ago: a smart artificial arrangement that makes us one and more of us, without homogenisation, respecting the richness of heterogeneity in the difficult and exciting task of training trainers in history for all levels of the system.
