`titrebSummary`/titrebThis article illustrates an original experience carried out at the Hospital Interzonal Général of Ayudos, San Martin de la Plata: the development of an alternative to hospitalisation at the confluence of psychoanalyse, the group approach and international directives. Inscribed in a double movement of deinstitutionalization of psychiatric hospitals, the HIGA has given form to an open institution based on the analytic word. In this sense, the H.I.G.A, experimental site, organises a system of`np pagenum="033"/b Residence in psychology, which post graduated psychologists receive training courses (Lacanien movement). As a feed back to the hypothesises noted by Gisela Pankow on the activating of psychoses and the adequate therapy to be given, we see clearly the function of language as a structuring operator of the psychic organisation. Attentive to an intuition of Pankow, I shall go back up on the weakness of this construction coming back to presence and perception based on the qi gong workshop.
