Abstract
`titrebSubjectivation of family bonds within the framework of orders of court for treatment`/titrebThe author wished to study the work of subjectivation of family bonds in a subject having perpetrated acts of sexual violence and required by order of court to seek treatment. From clinical research conducted on a longitudinal mode, it is suggested how the genogram (with a test and a further test) can act as an indicator of implementation of the subjectivation process. Through this method, two major differences were highlighted between the two genograms, firstly in the transition from a phantasmatic place in the bonds (that of a “child”) to that of an instituted position concomitant with an intersubjective affiliation and secondly the presence or absence of names on the parental icons. It is argued that these differences are fostered by the order of court for treatment.
