The “battered women” reveal to clinicians the price which the subject sometimes pays to the logic deducted of the structure, the requiring symbolic support, wild superego or crazy certainty. But the example of women following their partner towards the worst, in the point of being criminal themselves, comes to question in a different way the relationship of these women in the enjoyment and their subjective positions. For a woman, being in position of object for a man’s phantasm also means to risk to be taken in mortiferous positions, especially if instead of a phantasm she has to deal with constructions more ravaging, perverse or delirious of her partner. The “future woman” who questioned so much Freud could find here highlighting. From a case study and from its excess, we will study what can watch for a woman taken in the reality of its enjoyment subverted as passion any love.
