Abstract
In the field of Education Psychology, social aspects have become more important for a few years in the influence of the teaching and learning process. Pupils and teachers have a relationship based on the social skills available to them. The teacher as the main socialising agent of the child plays an important role in acquiring, developing and modifying the social skills of his/her students. In addition, mastery of teaching and learning tasks is a teacher’s ability to teach, with skills highly related to effective behaviour. Both the level of social competence of the teacher and the efficiency of his or her teaching skills will directly influence the educational process. These skills are embedded and the current trend in teacher training seems to point towards the use of programmes based on the acquisition of teachers.
