Abstract
this communication is based on an analysis of an exchange scheme between agricultural advisers. These exchanges are organised around the analysis of the link between activity and advisory situation and the difference between members and the professional routines of the technical advice on plant production, in particular the Plain tower in the spring. The aim of the scheme is to promote developmental processes enabling members to find ways of putting in place new ways of providing advice to support farmers in the transition to agroecology. Our analysis highlights the way in which, over the three years of this scheme, members take up this situation and the analysis of coupling in order to redevelop new situations and, for some, make them potential for development for themselves and for farmers.
