How can we ensure that a citizen of the Union, which is detained in UK after the Brexit, may benefit from rights conferred by the Charter of undamental Rights of the European Union? The Court of Justice of the European Union will have to answer to this thorny question raised for a preliminary ruling by the Irish Supreme Court.
