Abstract

The author analyses diaries, memories, memories, chronologies, reports and letters produced in and around the Warsaw Ghetto during the Second World War and the German occupation. It examines the generic nature and the specific status of these texts, which try to put it in words, which is generally considered undescriptable. The author disagrees with the widespread hypothesis of unexpression. He stressed the need to understand the expression of this experience and the need to try.
