Abstract
the Sphères Research Unit (ULiège, Belgium) offers this doctoral seminar focusing on the “sustainable habitat and territory” axis under the aegis of Prof. Guy Di Méo (Bordeaux), François Mélard (ULiège) and Serge Schmitz (ULiège). Researchers share their visions and approaches to the issue of the sustainability of territories and the way they live. Secondly, they specify how this concept is integrated into the research work. The presentation takes place as part of the research project on spatial planning training for (future) planners. In view of the focus of the seminar, the concept of sustainable development as currently taught and the model of the didactic pyramid adapted to our research topic are the two entry points proposed to contribute to the reflection.
