Abstract

In this paper, the question of the in-between situation is addressed through a clinical consideration of a patient with HIV, called Victor, who helps us think about the issue of sexual and generational indifferentiation. In conjunction with the construction of identity, the question of the in-between situation will be developed in its narcissistic dimension and its link with the Ideal, particularly through the notion of shame and guilt. This theoretical and clinical consideration is based on psychodrama sessions featuring hippocampus, violent men and finally a little wolf: a chaotic course, however therapeutic, starting with violent indifferentiation and leading to a soothing differentiation.
