Abstract
This article proposes to analyse the facon of which the Turkish central administrations have changed their organisations and modes of action as a result of the European integration process. He investigated the case of Turkish Ministers to assess the impact of this process at three levels: inter-organisational (macro-administrative), intra-organisational (meso-administrative) and finally human resources (micro-administrative). It tries to illustrate more concretely the effects of the Europeanisation process on the “manivers to do” of these administrations. While the implementation of the European integration process has given rise to new styles and modes of action within each administration, it has also contributed to the emergence in Turkey’s administrative space of governance shared in European policy.
