Abstract
Desde The integrative iusphilosophical paradigm can be said to be a complex and systemic phenomenon. It can be studied from multiple approaches that are complementary to each other. Thus, a static and other dynamic perspective and a structural and functional dimension can be recognised in the legal phenomenon. It is also possible to carry out a caustic approach alongside another, finalist cut, without undermining the coherence of our investigations. This work will analyse the issue of legal arguments in the light of this diversity of interpretation. The argument as a three-dimensional evolving activity will be examined. As a production disc task: it can be sustained as an effective disitalics, underpinning as a reasonable and substantive speech, understood as a justification for the legal field.
