Abstract
The article presents Rodolfo KUSCH concepts and reflections to think about the issue of philosophy teaching. It starts with criticism of western models of science and philosophy and contrasts them with Latin American popular thinking. There are opportunities for the teaching of philosophy from, on the one hand, a conception of Latin American philosophy and, on the other hand, in a different way of thinking about those who philosophy. At the same time, the Latin American reception of the philosophy programme for children and its repurposing has been addressed since the philosophy proposal with children, linking its difference, among other issues, to the conception of the subject who is philosophy from the idea of being.
