This Article is part of the Conclusion of Course in Psychology at the University Centre INGÁ and has to investigate the therapeutic contributions received of a virtual group consisting of young people who are homosexual majority not assumed. A mapping exercise has been made literature on subjects relevant to groups self-help, homosexuality and cyberspace, on portals bringing together scientific periodicals such as Scielo and Pepsic, Articles from Revista Bagoas of Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte on studies gays, gênero and sexuality. 12 interviewed young homosexuals scattered in several states of Brazil, members of the virtual group concerned. The results show that the main factors of the members of the community not to assume their sexuality is the fear of society. family, violence and religion. When asked about the community having helped in their sexual condition and the which has changed over time, it is discernible how to deal with with his sexuality socially changed, contributing for self-acceptance. This experience served as a support for all members and made significant changes in their lives.
