The Superior Council of Magistracy (CSM) commissioned a study on parity from CEVIPOF. Faced both with the feminisation of the profession as a whole, both at the entrance of the National School of Magistracy and in the case of current magistrates, and with a still low proportion of women in the highest positions in the judiciary, this study analysed the two aspects of this issue and made recommendations.
